1 Chapter 2 INTRODUCTION TO COMMUNICATIO N  2 Generally; Communication is an important aspect of human behaviour and symbolizes the ability to convey opinions, feelings, information, body language, signs and ideas through words which may be written or spoken.  3 What is communication?  Communication is a process to convey our message to others.  Message that produces response is called as communication, e.g: ‘I am delivering you a message (many ways) and you answer me for that’, (replying (many ways) to me is called communication). Communication Definition 4  Communication is derived from the English translation, the communication is originated from the Latin word ‘communicare’.  Communicare means to make common or create equality  Communication is fundamental to the social process.
