Important Terminologies in Public Administration: **Boundary Exchange Process-** It refers to allocation of resources, goods and services for the benefits of the clients. **Socio-Economic Process**- It seeks to complement the three other processes in its attempt to make administrative behavior more sensitive to emotions, conflicts, and risks. **Public Policy**- It can be applied to all organizations---large or small, for-profit or not-for-profit. **Public Policy**- it test that the laws proposed and policies formulated to enact those laws show the greatest happiness for the greatest number. **Public Policy** - It is the composite of all the laws, regulations practices relationships, codes, and customs that prevail at any time in any jurisdiction for the fulfillment and execution of public policy. **Bureaucracy**- It typically refers to an organization that is complex with multilayered systems and processes. Postal service, social security functions and Medicare programs of the GSIS and SSS, PAG-IBIG, childcare centers, physical and mental health rehabilitation programs like the services rendered by the National Mental Hospital and other rehabilitation and reformatory institutions. **Development Programs** - These are programs generally designed to direct socio-economic transformation efforts to build self-reliant communities and develop geographic areas and regions through the formation of development bodies or authorities.
