(1) Visit https://portal.pelni.co.id/ Login as usual. Recommended browsers: Chrome, Mozilla, Edge. Click “goFLUENT” and you are ready to go! 1b. Clear Cache 1 If the page takes too long to load, please clear your browser’s cache and browsing history. 1c. How to login by Mobile App? 1 2 Please make sure to login via portal.pelni.co.id before accessing mobile app. Your password will only be sent to your work email address when you have already accessed via the URL. After receiving your new password, login using your work email and new password. Key in your @pelni email Click “Forgot Password” address 2. Set up your Learning Profile 2. Set up your learning profile 1 2 3 Click start to begin the process. Choose the language you want to learn. Fill in your personal information 4 5 6 Set up your time zone. choose your job industry and job function for up to 3 choices. Click “Take the test now” to start the proficiency test. 3. Taking Proficiency Test 3. Taking your proficiency test It will take up to 25 minutes* to complete goCEFR levels the test, so please make sure you are in a conducive state before taking the test. Also, make sure you have a good internet connection. *Only for English, other languages will take up to 45 minutes 4. How to use goFLUENT’s Language Academy 4a. Language Academy at a glance Browse courses View your by different completed Categories activities here Your Account Section Quick view of your next Recommended individual for you lesson See upcoming Conversation Classes here Browse different content resources here 4b. Starting a Course (1) To make your learning more specific, use the Browse tab to select the learning categories you want to focus on. Browse courses by different Categories Recommended for you This section personalizes your language training based on your proficiency level. It recommends the most relevant set of activities to achieve your learning goals and objectives. 4b. Starting a course (2) 1 If you don’t know where to start, we have prepared a learning plan for you. Please go to “Language Essentials” section, click on “General Conversation”. 2 From here, you can start your training by choosing the course based on your latest proficiency level test result. 4c. Viewing History, Saved Content, and In Progress Modules View all your training history on “Training” tab. Here, you can find all your learning history and view its score. You may also check all your saved content here. 4d. Translation Feature Make sure the language that you are learning is different from your display language. In this case, you are learning French and your display language is English You will see the “Show Translation” toggle on the right bottom of the content you are learning. Activate the toggle and your content will be translated to the language based on your display language. 4e. How to change language? 1 2 1. Go to the drop down menu on top right corner 2. Click “Profile” 1 1. Change your language that you want to learn 2 2. Change your display language 4f. How to view Training Reports? 1 You may find all 1. Click “Proficiency Test” You will see your last Proficiency Test result here. Click on “Retake the Test” to retake. 4h. What’s on Analytics? 1. Go to the drop down menu on top right corner 2. Click “Analytics” 1 2 You will see all your proficiency Test Results and your training insights here (how long have you spent on the portal, how many completed activities, how many attended Live Lessons). 4i. Proficiency Test Result There are two types of 1 Proficiency Test Level Results, Analytics which one should I refer to? 1. On ‘Analytics’ Tab 2 This will show the averaged result of all previous tests taken as the final result. 1 2. On ‘Proficiency’ Tab This will show only the latest 2 proficiency test result. Please refer to this result as your current result for the program. 4j. How to join a Conversation Class? You may find the conversation classes on the left side of our Language Academy. Class will be opened 5 minutes before and will be closed 5 minutes after. You may join as: 1. Speaking mode: join as an active participant 2. Listening-only mode: join as a passive participant 4j. How to book Individual Lesson? 2 2. Choose your preferred time and date 1 4 1. Click on “Book 4. Select a Trainer 3 Lessons” 3. Choose the available time slot; 5 5. Choose You may also seek our Learning Consultant’s your lesson help to schedule your lesson. Please note that our “Confirm” Learning Consultant will give you a phone call if you have not scheduled any lessons. 4l. Managing your Individual Lessons You may also find all your scheduled lessons here Find and join your scheduled lesson here. Class will be opened 5 minutes before. 1 To cancel your scheduled lessons: 2 1. pick one of your scheduled lessons, click the dustbin icon; 2. Click “Confirm” to cancel your lesson. 4l. How to view your Individual Lesson Credits? 1 2 1. Go to the drop down menu on top right corner 2. Click “Profile” You may view your lesson credit below “Lesson Setting”. If the credit is available, you will see “Credit of the lesson”. In this case the credit is available for English. If you don’t see that, that means your credit is not available If you don’t have the credit of the language you are learning, you will see the message shown below. Please contact us at [email protected] The credit assigned defaultly is for English. Hence, if you want to book a lesson for French, please ensure to switch your language to French before you book your lesson. Please refer to section 4e on how to change your language! 4l. Managing your Individual Lessons (2) CANCELLATION POLICY Individual Lessons are Credit-based and will be charged to the Company based on attendance In any case if you need to cancel/reschedule your class, please cancel at least 1 hour before the lesson starts. For example: to cancel a lesson scheduled at 5pm, please cancel by 4pm at the latest. (see page 26 4l) If you need our assistance to cancel/reschedule your lesson, please reach us out by contacting: [email protected] or +62 855 7480 0112 (phone call only). Should you fail to inform in due time, the credit will be charged and non- refundable non-exchangeable to another session and will be regarded as no-show. 4m. How to contact us?
