    • goFLUENT is a language learning academy platform
    • The guide provides instructions on how to use the platform, including account access, setting up a learning profile, taking proficiency tests and using the language academy.

    Login Process

    • PC Login: Visit portal.pelni.co.id, login normally, and use recommended browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge). Click "goFLUENT" when ready to log in.
    • Clearing Cache (PC): If the login/platform loads slowly, clear the browser cache and browsing history. This can be done by navigating to your browser's settings.
    • Mobile App Login: Log in to portal.pelni.co.id first, use your work email address and the newly set password on your mobile device app.

    Setting up Learning Profile

    • Customize Language Training: Tailor your learning experience to accelerate language acquisition.
    • Choose Your Language: Select the language you wish to learn.
