WHAT IS ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR? Organizational behavior (OB) is the study of how individuals and groups behave within an organization, as well as how the organization itself behaves. It examines various factors that influence employee behavior, such as leadership, communication, culture, and structure, and how these factors affect individual and group performance, job satisfaction, motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness.
