Family Health System A holistic model that guides the assessment & care for families. This includes 5 processes of family (FSH) life (Interactive, Development, Coping, Integrity, Health). To determine areas of concern, strengths which helps nurses to develop a plan of care with family nursing interventions and outcomes. The goal is to improve family health, assist in family management of illness conditions or transitions & achieve health outcomes. 3. Developmental Theories Families and individuals grow over time.
