**Conceptual Paradigm of Leadership & Management** **GOALS** the desired aims or conditions toward which one is willing to work. 1. **Individual**- personal goals 2. **Group**- smaller scale 3. **Organizational** -- organization **TYPES OF GOALS**: 1. **Short Term Goal** -- shorter period of time 2. **Long Term Goal** -- require years before they can achieved. **GOAL SETTING** is a powerful process for thinking about the ideal future, and for motivating oneself, the group or the organization to turn its vision of the future into reality.
