Moist Heat Method- the method uses liquids to cook foods. E.g. Boiling, Steaming, Poaching, Simmering, Pressure cooking, Stewing 2. Dry Heat Method- These methods use air to cook foods E.g. Baking, Frying, Microwave cooking, Roasting, Grilling. 3. Combination Method- this method combines the use of both moist and dry heat E.g. Grazing
