Would cost ₹200 core to build and it will target graduating 180 pilots annually. The school will be opened by June 2025. The flying school at Amravati’s Belora airport, would be the first an Indian airline. It will have 31 single-engine Piper Archer aircraft and three twin-engine Diamond 72 aircraft. Nexus, conceptualized by the Innovation Hub of the Bank for International Settlements. Nexus aims to connect FPSs of four ASEAN countries (Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand); and India. Significance: expanding the international reach of Indian payment systems. Air Pollution According to a study in the journal the Lancet Planetary Health, India’s air pollu- tion is elevated even in cities previously thought to have relatively clean air. Found that a significant share of the 33,000 yearly deaths attributable to air pollution in 10 cities examined was recorded in coastal centers like Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai, where air quality is considered to be moderate. Himalayan town of Shimla, which had the cleanest air among the cities studied, 3.7% of all deaths were pollution related.
