Continuum of Identity Manipulation ▪ Anonymity - No degree of identity shown. Online users portray a hidden identity. ▪ Pseudonymity - Some degree of identity shown, that has been fragmented, but holding some characteristics that are ‘real’ to the user to the users ‘offline self’. ▪ Real-life - Full identity is shown to the user’s potential.
