Local Public Enterprises: These enterprises are owned and operated by local governments or regional authorities. Based on Regulation Regulated Public Enterprises: Enterprises operating in sectors with natural monopolies or significant market power may be subject to specific regulations to ensure fair competition and consumer protection.
