HOW COTTON ON MOA RESLOVES THEIR CONFLICT  According to the Manager (KB) in cotton on he deals with the conflict in the business.  He says it depends on how major the conflict is, but he would sit down with the employees and listen to both sides of the story.  He then askes the employees if they are willing to compromise on the conflict so that they can move past it.  If the conflict is not resolved, the Manager (KB) refer the matter to HR as a neutral third party to mediate to find a mutually acceptable solution. Legislation Dismissal based on misconduct  In cotton on, there was an employee dismissed in the previous years, the employee came to work under the influence of alcohol which caused havoc in the workplace.  The employee took his case to CCMA, but he did not win the case because going to work under the influence is the dismal offence.
