Ãpne to Akshardhãmmã jãvu chhe evo ek sankalp Rãkhvo. Keep one wish – that we want to go to Akshardham. 2. Ãpne Bhagwãnnã chhie pan mãyãnã nathi em mãnvu. Believe that we belong to God and not maya. 3. Ã to Bhagwãn jevã sadhu chhe, bãwã ke vairagi nathi. This sadhu is like God, he is not a bawa or vairagi. 4. Ã lokmã dãhyo to koi Prabhu bhajto nathi ne je gãndo thãy te bhaje chhe. In this world, those who are worldly-wise do not worship God and those who become ignorant (of worldly matters) do. 5. Ketlãkne man ramãde chhe ne ketlãk manne ramãde chhe. Ã vãt nitye vichãrvã jevi chhe. Some control their mind, while others are controlled by their mind. This is worth thinking about daily. 6. Gãflãi tãlvãnu kãran ej chhe je khatko rãkhe to tale, ne bijo upãy to koik shikshã kare tyãre tale. Complacency is overcome by firm resolve and, secondly, if someone punishes. 7. Bhagwãn ne Bhagwãnnã sãdhu e be sãmu jovu ne e ja joyã jevã chhe, bijãmã kai mãl nathi. Look only at God and His Sadhu, for only they are worth looking at. There is no worth in anything else. 8. Vishayne mãrge ãndhalã thãvu, baherã thãvu, lulã thãvu em thãvu, pan ãsakta na thãvu. Become blind, deaf and dumb on the path of worldly temptations, but never become attached to them. 9. Sevã to potãni shraddhã pramãne thãy te karvi, pan asevã to na ja karvi. Te asevã to shu je, avgun levo. Offer service as per one’s faith. But never do disservice. What is that disservice? To highlight others’ avguns (negative qualities). 10. Satya, hit ne priya evu vachan bolvu ne upekshã rahit bolvu pan ãgrahthi vachan kahevu nahi. Speak that which is truthful, caring, pleasant and without malice. But do not speak with insistence. 11. Dãhyo hoy tene vadhe tyãre rãji thãy ne murkh hoy tene vakhãne tyãre rãji thãy, em Mahãrãj kahetã. Maharaj used to say that, one who is wise is pleased when he is scolded and one who is foolish is pleased when he is praised. 12. Karod kãm bagãdine pan ek moksha sudhãrvo ne kadãpi karod kãm sudhãryã ne ek moksha bagãdyo to temã shu karyu? Spoil ten million tasks but secure moksha. However, if ten million tasks are accomplished and moksha is lost, then what has been achieved? 13. Motãno mat e chhe je anek prakãre dehdaman karvu ane tãdh, tadko, bhukh, taras tenu sahan karvu pan keval dehnu jatan karvu nahi. Seniors believe that one should (knowingly) embrace bodily discomforts and tolerate cold, heat, hunger and thirst. But one should not merely pamper the body. 14. Munjvan ãve to kem karvu? E prashna puchhyo, teno uttar karyo je, Swãminãrãyan, Swãminãrãyan bhajan karvu tethi munjvan tali jãy. What should one do when depressed? The answer is to chant ‘Swaminarayan, Swaminarayan’. This will remove the depression. 15. Nirantar sarva kriyãmã pãchhu vãline jovu je, mãre Bhagwãn bhajvã chhe ne hu shu karu chhu? Em joyã karvu.
