# Bihar Education Project Council ## Letter No: MIS/SS/91/2024-25/720 ## Dated: 07/02/2025 ### To: District Education Officer ### All Districts ### Subject: Giving Momentum to APAAR ID Construction Work ### Reference: Joint Director, CIET's email dated 04.02.2025 regarding celebrating APAAR Diwas on 10th and 11th February, 2025 **Sir,** It is to inform you that the Ministry of Education, Government of India is committed to the 100% construction of APAAR IDs for all students in classes 1 to 12. As per the attached email, the Government of India has directed all schools in the state to celebrate the 3rd Mega APAAR DIWAS on the 10th and 11th of February, 2025. In order to create APAAR IDs for as many students as possible, the following key points are required from the district: 1. **Extensive APAAR ID Construction** - Ensure that all types of school managements participate in the Mega APAAR Diwas. Focus on achieving the goal of completing the APAAR IDs of all enrolled students, thereby adding momentum to the construction of APAAR IDs for all students and making the 3rd Mega APAAR DIWAS on the 10th and 11th of February, 2025 successful. Pay special attention to students enrolled from Class 9 to 12 while focusing on the construction of APAAR IDs. 2. **Focus on Private Schools** - Ensure extensive participation in the construction of APAAR IDs by private schools and encourage the best performing schools/institutions. 3. **Social Media Campaign** - Spread awareness among the public about the construction of APAAR IDs through banners and posters on social media platforms. This is a vital step towards achieving the objectives of NEP 2020. Therefore, you are instructed to ensure active participation and make the 3rd Mega APAAR DIWAS successful on the 10th and 11th of February, 2025.
