Release any | | | tension or stress. Focus on your | | | breath and be present in this | | | moment. | | | | | | Imagine that when you breathe in, | | | you're breathing in fresh energy | | | and oxygen that's flowing through | | | your whole body. And imagine that | | | with every out-breath you just | | | let go of a little bit of | | | tension, a little bit of | | | discomfort, a little distraction. | | | Breathe in relaxation... breathe | | | out tension. Allow any outside | | | sounds around you to fade into | | | the background. They're not | | | important right now. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Guided Imagery processes** | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Now, imagine a peaceful place. It | | | could be a beautiful garden, a | | | quiet beach, or a cozy room. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Notice the colors, feel the air | | | around you. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Now, picture a small door or path | | | that leads you to a special place | | | within yourself. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | What do you see there? Is there a | | | message or a feeling waiting for | | | you? Maybe there's something | | | you're ready to release. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | **Intuitive Writing** | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | Now, write for the next 7-10 | | | minutes.
