What should drivers report when observing terrorist activity? a Drivers should use the same type of format that law enforcement professionals use when reporting a terrorist or suspicious activity, known as “T-R-U-C-K-S": 1. Time of Observation/ID of Vehicle Involved — report time observed, make, model, tags, color, and markings of any identifying vehicle, etc.. Route or Destination — report route numbers, mile markers, directions, landmarks, etc., nearest to incident location. Unusual Activity — give a description of what was observed, what did not look right, descriptions of persons involved, etc. Communicate — speak calmly and clearly and respond to questions from the 911 operator or company dispatcher >.
