AIIMS, New Delhi is only conducting examination for all participating Institutes based on detail provided by the respective Organizations. Online application is invited from all eligible Indian national candidates for Recruitment to regular Non-Faculty Group-B & C posts on the behalf of participating AIIMS and Central Government Institutes/bodies as per detail provided in this advertisement. All candidates who wish to apply for the common recruitment Examination (CRE)-2024 for the various Group-B & C posts as per the above details are required to apply online on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in. 2. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The Online applications can be done through the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in as per closing date specified under Important dates. No documents, including the Registration Slip of the online application form, are required to be sent in Physical form. Any kind of Physical document regarding registration will be treated as null and void and will be destroyed. However, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of the registration slips with them, along with proof of payment, for their records. Correction in registration will not be considered through any mode i.e. Email/letter. Hence candidates are advised to fill their registration form carefully as no correction will be allowed after specified dates as per the procedure. 3. All participating organizations are independent of AIIMS, New Delhi and recruitment rules and service condition of respective organization will be applicable. This DRA is for the conduct of examination without any scrutiny on eligibility to a post, where all reported posts are grouped into several groups for the convenience of the applicants to enable them applying for several Institutes where eligibility is similar by paying one examination fee. Applicants applying under different group have to fill separate application for each group. However, it is important to note that different posts grouped at one place may have different set of eligibility, relaxation & service conditions which are applicable accordingly. 4. It is important to mention that an applicant may not be eligible for every post under a group for which he/she has applied and same will depend upon the eligibility criteria of respective posts under the group. Merely issue of admit card, Offer of appointment does not guarantee final appointment which always subject to verification of eligibility. 5. All applicants must fulfil the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for various posts. They must fulfil all the eligibility criteria as of the closing date of online submission of applications, failing which their candidature will be summarily rejected & application fee will be forfeited. Required educational qualification/ experience should be completed on or before the last date of the online submission of the application. 6. The crucial date for deciding eligibility in all respect unless otherwise expressly mentioned will be the last date of submission of the online application. Recruitment Rules of respective AIIMS/Institute will be applicable for essential eligibility criteria at respective participating body and merit of Online (CBT) Examination as per scheme of examination of CRE 2024, choices and preferences filled & other rules as applicable. 7. Unless otherwise mentioned scheme of examination in this DRA will be applicable irrespective of any other scheme prevailing in respective participating Institute. 8. As the examination will be conducted without any scrutiny on eligibility, a candidate will be treated as disqualified from beginning in case ineligibility detected at any stage of recruitment process. 9. Reason for rejection/Status of application: Only for candidates requiring correction during status in Registration OR Completion of application form only for those who had made payment, the edit panel will be available as notified. Applicants may note that further correspondence will NOT be entertained in this regard. Change in reservation categories, post COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 6 applied is not allowed once registration fees are submitted. Candidature will be cancelled in case found incorrect information at any stage of recruitment. 10. The On-line portal for application will be closed for new registration as closing date & time mentioned under the Important Dates. The candidature of applicants who fail to complete the online application by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and rejected. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. However, those who have paid the examination fee by the closing date may be allowed to edit during the opening of the edit panel. 11. The candidate must ensure that images of the photo, signature and thumb impression should be as per the guidelines mentioned in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ given in the General links and are visible clearly in the preview at the time of filling out an application in online mode. If the photo/signature/thumb impression image is not as per instructions given in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ in that case, your application will be rejected. Due diligence and care should be taken while uploading images of photo, signature and thumb impression. 12. Choice & Preference (Order of choice) As the CRE-2024 is a common examination for recruitment in various participating organizations, choices will be invited at a later stage from qualified candidates. Any candidate who fails to exercise choice and preference in the given duration will not be considered for selection at any stage after closing date of exercise of choice. In case a candidate, fills choices to only few organizations despite being eligible to fill choices in other organization, will not be considered for selection for those organizations/posts for which no choice/preference is filled, at any stage of recruitment process. Therefore, all candidates who are supposed to fill choices when invited must exercise cautiously as it may lead to denial of appointment without any further notice. 13. Experience Certificate Certificate(s) from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year) indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate(s) should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post(s) with duration(s). 14. No Objection Certificate No Objection Certificate from the present employer (in case of candidates working in Government/Semi or Quasi Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or any institution funded by Government) is mandatory, otherwise, candidature will not be considered for any post. Therefore, candidates are requested to obtain the same before applying. Further, it is mandatory to produce the same NOC at the time of Document Verification. Candidates, who are working as contractual employee in Government/Semi Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or any institution funded by Government, also have to produce NOC mandatorily. SECTION III : AGE RELAXATION 1. Crucial date to determine eligibility in terms of the age of candidates will be the last date for online submission of applications as mentioned under important dates of this DRA or any subsequent notices published on website. 2. SC/ST/OBC candidates who opt to apply for unreserved vacancies will not be eligible for age relaxation or relaxation in cut-off marks otherwise allowed to those belonging to these categories. Further, reserve category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) who become eligible by age relaxation applicable in their case will be considered only for reserved seats of the category to which they belong even if they have the merit to be considered otherwise for UR. 3. In pursuance of guidelines contained in DOPT OM No. 1667569393892 dated 06.09.2022, the age concession to the persons with disability shall be admissible irrespective of the fact COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 7 whether the post is reserved for person with disability or not, provided the post is identified suitable for relevant category of disability. 4. The upper age limit in respect of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons etc. shall be relaxable in accordance with the orders issued by the Government of India from time to time. 2. *Unless otherwise indicated in the recruitment rules, age relaxation as mentioned for personnel serving in Central/State Government and Autonomous Institutions of Central & State Govts. and for regular employees of AIIMS who have completed three years of regular service period will be allowed. This clause is not applicable to AIIMS, New Dehi or it may not also be applicable to any other participating Institute if expressly notified on website. 3. *For AIIMS, New Delhi unless otherwise indicated in recruitment rules age relaxation as mentioned for personnel serving in Central Government only who have completed three years of regular service period will be allowed. 4. In case any of posts advertised in any group mentions explicitly any kind of relaxation to respective organization same will be applicable only for respective Participating organization not across all participating organization. 5. For AIIMS Bilaspur, the Institute has permitted to allow a relaxation of age up to a maximum of 05 years in respect of staff working in AIIMS, Bilaspur for the posts which are in the same line or allied where a relationship could be established that services rendered will be useful for efficient discharge of the duties in other categories of posts. The age relaxation will be for one year for each year of completion of contractual/outsource period engagement at AIIMS, Bilaspur subject to a ceiling of a maximum of five years. 6. For AIIMS Raipur, the benefit of age relaxation in the upper age limit to the existing contractual employees in similar positions for the period of they have served at AIIMS Raipur as on the date of application, up to maximum of five years, which is lower, in direct recruitments is admissible for the candidates applying for the posts in AIIMS Raipur. SECTION IV : CERTIFICATES CASTE/CATEGORY CERTIFICATES: 1. Candidates applying under OBC category must produce the valid caste certificate in the format provided by the DoP&T vide O.M. No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014 and further clarification issued by DoP&T OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt(Res-I) dated 31.03.2016. The certificate must mention the non-creamy layer status of the applicant (Non-creamy layer status issued by an authority mentioned in DOPT Office Memorandum no. 36012/22/93- Estt. (SCT) dated 15.11.1993). The OBC applicants who belong to the ‘Non-Creamy Layer‘ and whose caste appears in the Central List of the OBCs (notified by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on the recommendations of the National Commission for Backward Classes available at the website http://ncbc.nic.in, shall be eligible to be considered under the COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 9 OBC category (Validity period of OBC Certificate in respect of non-creamy layer status of the applicants as per DOPT Office Memorandum No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res-I) dated 31 March 2016). The validity of the non-creamy layer certificate shall be issued for the financial year 2024-2025(which is the year of advertisement) (considering income upto financial year ending on 31st Mar, 2024), issued from 1st April 2024 to 31st January 2025. If the applicant does not have the OBC non-creamy layer certificate valid for the financial year 2024-2025 at the time of registration, the applicant must upload the previously issued (older) OBC non-creamy layer certificate or the acknowledgment slip of the OBC non-creamy layer certificate application. However, at the time when asked to submit/upload the valid certificate, the applicant must produce the applicable certificate valid for financial year (2024- 25) as said above. This additional certificate (if any) must have a reference of his / her already issued original caste certificate. 2. The vacancies advertised under EWS Category are as per the instructions issued by DoPT, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Govt. of India, vide OM. No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019. Application under EWS category will be considered subject to submission of Income and Assets certificate on a prescribed format issued by the competent authority and subject to verification of genuineness of the certificate by the issuing authority. In pursuance to DoP&T OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019, a EWS certificate issued in prescribed format for employment in Central Government on the basis on income of financial year 2023-2024, issued from 1st April 2024 to 31st January 2025. If the applicant does not have the EWS Category certificate valid for the financial year 2024- 2025 at the time of registration, the applicant must upload the previously issued (older) EWS certificate or the acknowledgment slip of the EWS certificate application. However, at the time when asked to submit/upload the valid certificate, the applicant must produce the applicable certificate valid for financial year (2024-25) as said above. 3. Candidates who fail to produce valid category certificate OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PWBD etc during document verification or as and when required to produce the same, the candidature will be cancelled. All candidates are advised to obtain required valid category certificate in advance to avoid cancellation of candidature at any stage of the recruitment process. 4. Candidates who have claimed the reservation category and failed to produce a valid category certificate as applicable as per published criteria the candidature shall be cancelled in the reserved category, and allocated seats shall be forfeited. 5. Reservation for PwBD will be as per the guidelines /Instruction contained in DoP&T OM No. 36035/02/2017-Estt (Res) dated 15.01.2018 with regard to reservation for persons with disabilities. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation under PwBD quota in service/posts who suffer from not less than 40% of physical disability. Person who wants to avail the benefit of reservation would have to submit a Disability Certificate as issued by a Competent Authority in prescribed format. However, the candidature of PwBD applicant is subject to evaluation by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Executive Director of respective AIIMS or by the respective institute. This Medical Board will evaluate suitability of candidates for the post he/she is being considered for. All the instructions of Govt. of India as amended and as applicable in this matter will be followed. EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES: 1. Crucial Date for deciding eligibility will be closing date of online registration as mentioned under Important Dates in this DRA. 2. Educational qualification certificates/Category Certificates etc. must be submitted as and when required by AIIMS New Delhi or by the respective Institute and also on the day of document verification, failing which candidature will be cancelled. No additional time will be allowed for submission and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. 3. Those who are in employment with state/Central Govt/PSU, must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employer at the time of verification of documents or as asked to COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 10 upload. Failure to submit NOC by the due date will lead to the cancellation of the candidature. Under special circumstances, submission of proof of acceptance of resignation by the current employer and proper relieving letter in original from respective employer may be considered at the time of joining as implied NOC at the discretion of respective competent authority at the allocated Institute. PWBD: 1. Applicants with disabilities mentioned in Section 32 (1) of Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016, are eligible to apply under this category provided they have benchmark disability (equal to or more than 40%). The applicants have discretion of opting for his/her own scribe or request the Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi for the same and should indicate their choice at the time of Completion of Application for CRE-2024. In case, the applicant opts for his/her own scribe, then additional information related to the scribe will be sought from applicant before the conduct of examination. Kindly note that, all candidates who have been allocated seats under PwBD category shall be examined by a Medical Board constituted by AIIMS New Delhi to ascertain their suitability for their selection on respective post. Rules of Scribe and Compensatory time The rules for scribe and compensatory time as per the OM of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment dated 29th August 2018, corrigendum dated 8th February, 2019 and OM dated 10th August 2022. Eligibility for Scribe and/or compensatory time: 1. The persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) defined under section 2(r) of the RPWD Act, 2016. 2. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities in the categories of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms affected – BA) and cerebral palsy will be provided with the facility of a scribe if desired by the person against self-undertaking as per Appendix A Part A-1. 3. The PwBD candidates in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms affected- BA) and cerebral palsy are allowed Compensatory Time of twenty minutes per hour of the examination if desired by the person against self-undertaking as per Appendix A Part A-1. 4. In the case of other categories of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities as defined under section 2(r) of the RPWD Act, 2016, the facility of scribe / Compensatory time will be allowed to such applicants on the production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation in to write, and scribe is essential to write the examination on his behalf from the Chief Medical Officer/ Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care institution as per the prescribed proforma (Appendix A Both part A-1 and A-2). 5. The persons with specified disabilities covered under the definition of section 2(s) of the RPWD Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of section 2 (r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing. 6. In the case of those with less than Benchmark disabilities as defined under section 2(r) of the RPWD Act, 2016, the facility of scribe and or / Compensatory time shall be granted solely to those having difficulty in writing subject to the production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write and that scribe is essential to write examination om his/her behalf from the competent medical authority of a Government Health Care institution as per prescribed proforma ( Appendix A Both part A1 and A-3). Note: - COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 11 7. All required certificates must be submitted within due dates as specified in the Important Dates section of this document, failing which no facilities will be provided on the day of examination. 8. The applicants have the discretion of opting for his/her scribe or requesting the Examination Section for the same and should indicate their choice at the time of Completion of the Application for the Test. 9. In case the applicant opts for his/her own scribe, then additional information related to the scribe will be sought from the applicant before the examination. The qualification of the scribe provided by the Examination Section and own scribe will be one step below the minimum qualification criteria of the Test (i.e. one step below MBBS/ equivalent medical degree). However, the qualification of the scribe will always be matriculated or above. If the applicant has opted for his/her own scribe and does not bring own scribe on the day of the examination, then it will not be possible for AIIMS to arrange a new scribe. 10. If the applicant has opted for his/her own scribe, the Remuneration/Honorarium/TA will be the applicant’s sole responsibility. 11. The Scribe can render only assistance to the candidate, i.e., reading instructions, test paper and mouse clicks, if the candidate is not able to do so. Explanation/Interpretation of question paper is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the candidature. 12. All persons eligible for scribe and/or compensatory as described above shall be provided compensatory time of not less than 20 minutes per hour of examination. In case the examination is less than an hour, the duration of compensatory time should be allowed on a pro-rata basis. Compensatory time should not be less than 5 minutes and should be in multiple of 5. SECTION V : APPLICATION FEES The following fees will be applicable for application in each group of posts as mentioned ANNEXURE-II. A) General/OBC Candidates - Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) B) SC/ST Candidates/EWS - Rs.2400/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Hundred only) C) Persons with Disabilities - Exempted Candidates applying in more than one group have to apply separately for each group by paying the examination fee separately for each group. 1. The candidate can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/ NETBANKING. Transaction / Processing fee, if any, as applicable, will be payable to the bank by the candidate. 2. Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances even if rejection of application due to ineligible for that applied post. 3. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. 4. Application Fees of SC/ST candidates who appear in the Examination will be refunded in their source (debited) account after the declaration of results in due course of time. SECTION VI : DATE & CENTRE OF EXAMINATION Date of Examination: In general the Computer Based Test (CBT) is planned to be conducted between 26th February 2025 to 28th February 2025(Tentatively), However AIIMS reserves the right to conduct examination in any mode CBT or Written Test at any other time with 10 days advance notice of date & mode of examination depending upon the evolving situation after closing date of application. COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 12 Examination Centre(s): In All major States/UT of India (Subject to receiving of sufficient number of applications). AIIMS reserves the right to allot any city/state across India to any candidate, irrespective of the choice of state made in the application, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. AIIMS reserves the right to conduct examination of one or more group or all group. In case number of applications are less than 500 for a group, examination of group may be conducted separately where candidate is less than 500. In this case the Examination will be conducted solely in Delhi/NCR irrespective of choice of state of examination. All detail will be published 10 days in advance. SECTION VII : ADMIT CARD I. Admit Card will be issued 3 days before date of examination of respective post/group; however, city/state will be notified 7 days in advance of issue of admit card. II. The Admit card will be released on Examination Section (AIIMS, New Delhi) website www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates are required to download their admit card from AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.in by login with credentials. No admit card will be sent by post. III. Candidates are required to bring their admit card downloaded from website on the day of Exam at Examination Centre & handover to invigilator to mark your attendance in this Examination. Failing to do so may result in cancellation of candidature. IV. Separate Admit Card will be issued for Skill Test (if any), where skill test will be conducted at few selected locations only preferably in Delhi/NCR. Note: Admit card is released/issued on the basis of information provided at the time of online application without any verification of eligibility. It is issued only to appear in the Examination and does not guarantee of eligibility/appointment/selection. SECTION VIII : PATTERN/SCHEME/SYLLABUS OF EXAMINATION Computer Based Test (CBT) 1. The duration of the examination shall be 90 minutes. 2. 100 MCQs of 400 marks with four alternatives for each question where each question will carry 4 marks. 3. 25 MCQs related to General Knowledge & Aptitude, Knowledge of Computer & 75 MCQs related to the domain of respective group. The syllabus will be in accordance with education qualification and experience (essential/desirable) as mentioned in the Advertisement as applicable. 4. Question paper will be divided in 5 sections each of 18 minutes duration, where each section will contain 20 question. Following will be applicable : I. Each section will appear one by one during the 90 minutes duration at one time only. Access to visible/active part to view/answer will be disabled after lapse of set duration and next section will be automatically activated/ visible and so on. Examination will be submitted automatically after specified duration. II. You will be allowed only to attempt questions in the currently active section which will remain enable for set time and it will never come back again for any action after COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 13 moved to next section. You will not be allowed to view or answer any questions section rather than currently active/visible part. Hence, attempt all possible question during the given time period including review of any skipped question or question marked for review etc. 5. Medium of Examination I. For all groups where qualification is 10th/Matriculation/10+2 – Examination will be held in English as Well Hindi i.e. Question Paper will be Bilingual (English/Hindi). II. For all groups/posts where specific technical domain knowledge is in essential qualification (irrespective of medium mentioned above) or post carry educational qualification bachelors or higher, the medium of examination will be English only. III. For all group/posts where there is a combined examination where posts having mix of both qualification as mentioned above, medium of examination will be English only. IV. Decision of competent authority at AIIMS will be final with regard to medium of examination. V. No request to change in medium of examination will be entertained. Any query will stands summarily rejected without any reply. 6. Qualifying & Other Criteria I. Each Question will carry equal marks 4 each. II. There will be a negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer. III. The qualifying marks will be 40% for UR/EWS, 35% for OBC and 30% for SC & ST. IV. For PWBD irrespective of the category qualifying marks will be 30%. V. As more than one Institute are participating in this recruitment, choice and order of preference of organization will be obtained from qualified candidates as per eligibility in participating institute. Any candidate who do not opt for any of participating organizations, will be not be considered for respective participating institute. 7. Resolution of Tie Cases In cases where more than one candidate secures equal MARKS, tie will be resolved; (i) First by marks in domain specific part with candidate with higher marks will be placed higher in merit; (ii) If not resolved by (i), the marks in general part with candidate with higher marks will be placed higher in merit; (iii) If not resolved by (i) & (ii), the number of wrong answers / negative marks will be used, wherein those with fewer wrong answers / negative marks will be placed higher; (iv) If not resolved by (i), (ii) & (iii) by using date of birth with older candidates placed higher. COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 18 SECTION IX: SKILL Test: As applicable (if any) to respective posts for candidates qualified in CBT. A candidate may be eligible for one, more than one or all posts in group subject to eligibility criteria mentioned in ANNEXURE-III for posts. For Eligibility means over all eligibility as per applicable rules. For posts in group where skill test is required the recruitment will be completed in two stages where Stage I will be written test (CBT or any other mode) on scheme of examination as applicable for the applicable group and Stage II skill test as applicable to the post. Final merit in all such cases will be prepared after skill tests of candidates qualified separately for respective posts. AIIMS reserve the right to limit the number of candidates Called for skill test as per no. of posts and number of qualified candidates to be decided after declaration of result of qualified candidates. A candidate depending upon posts applied and applicable schemes, may be required to appear in multiple shifts/days as per schedule to be decided by AIIMS. SECTION X : Preparation of Merit List & Allocation of Seats 1. Merit List of qualified candidates shall be prepared based on performance in CBT as per qualifying criteria. In case a CBT examination is conducted in multiple shifts, the respective normalisation procedure at AIIMS published vide Notice No. 35/2023 dated 20.01.2023 shall be applicable. 2. In case skill test is applicable on any of the posts in a group, it will be qualifying in nature for respective at respective organization as per criteria to be published at a later stage and Merit List will prepared out of qualified candidate as per performance in CBT examination. 3. There may be a situation where a candidate is qualified but not eligible for any or all participating Institute/organization. Depending upon eligibility for an institute as per information provided in online application qualified candidate will be asked to exercise choice and order of preference for allocation. Any candidates who failed to exercise choice and order of preference within specified period, will not be considered for allocation of institute. 4. Based on choices and preference exercised institute will be allocated in order of merit. Allocation will be conducted in two rounds only. In second round candidates may have option to upgrade based on options exercised in first round on vacancies created due to non- reporting/non-eligibility. Detail Information on the allocation process will be published with the invitation of choices after the declaration of a list of qualified candidates. 5. A candidate to whom a seat has been allocated out of any choice filled is mandatorily required to report on the allocated seat within specified date. Hence candidates are advised to fill in only those choices where they will join, as failure to report an allocated seat for any reason(s) shall lead to mandatory cancellation of candidature for the CRE. 6. AIIMS, New Delhi reserves the right to invite choices at any time during the process of recruitment. SECTION XI : Eligibility & Document Verification 1. The original certificates/documents of provisionally selected candidates will be verified by respective AIIMS/Institutes for which dates will be notified by Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi or respective AIIMS/Institutes. On the basis of the Examination, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates as given below, along with COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 19 one photocopy of all these documents, which are, duly attested/self-attested. Documents required are (i) a Copy of the downloaded Registration Slip of the on-line application form. (ii) Copy of downloaded Admit Card. (iii) Certificate showing the Date of Birth. (iv) Caste certificate/Income & Asset Certificate as applicable if applied under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category issued by the competent authority. (v) Disability Certificate, if applied under PWBD category. (vi) Certificate from the competent authority in a case where age relaxation has been sought for the basis other than caste/PWBD (vii) ‘No Objection Certificate’ if in Central Government/PSU/Autonomous/State Government employment. (viii) Educational qualification (ix) Experience certificate, if any (x) Any other certificate(s) as required to submit. 2. As the allocation will be conducted in two rounds and reporting will be strictly as per announced date in result of allocation. All candidates must note that It is assumed that you are in possession of all required certificates to substantiate your eligibility on the day of the online application/day by which is required to be submitted by the respective Institute as per validity published in this notice, including category certificate/ employer NOC, qualifying certificates etc., and are mandatorily required to submit as and when demanded. No additional time will be granted to obtain a certificate from issuing authority. The decision of the respective competent authority at the allocated Institute shall be final in this regard. 3. Failure to submit any essentially required document as above said will lead to cancellation of seat and forfeiture of allocated seat. SECTION XII : GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. 2. Any criteria, eligibility, process etc not expressly mentioned stands not allowed/applicable. 3. After selection on any advertised posts place of posting will be subject matter of respective AIIMS as per applicable rule in respective AIIMS/Institutes. 4. In anticipation of the huge number of applicants, scrutiny of the eligibility criteria etc. may not be undertaken at the time of Recruitment Examination. Therefore, the applications are accepted provisionally only. The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible as per recruitment rules of respective Institute, before applying. Candidature will be cancelled at any stage if any information or claim is not found substantiated including when the scrutiny of documents is undertaken by the concerned AIIMS/Institutes. Based on the declaration made by the candidate in their Online Registration form, they will be provisionally declared eligible to appear for Online (Computer Based Test) Recruitment Examination. 5. If anyone is found not fulfilling the prescribed qualification / experience and any other eligibility criteria as per the advertisement/Recruitment Rules, at any stage of process, his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled without any further notice and seat will be forfeited. 6. Success in examination confers no right to appointment unless AIIMS or participating Institute is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate, having regard to his character and antecedents and certificates produced by him during the course of examination for the purpose of eligibility as well as claiming any kind of benefit for reservation is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service that decision of the AIIMS/Participating Institute in this regard shall be final. 7. Any appointment is subject to identity verification from various sources including biometric verification of candidate with captured biometric during examination and uploaded detail in online application form after joining. In case of failure in identity verification or candidates opt to remain absent from identity verification the appointment will be cancelled. Action will be taken as per rules including inclusion in debarred list for examination. COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 20 8. Any candidate who are found not fit for the job during the probation period after joining, the respective Institute reserves the right to cancel the appointment as per applicable rules. 9. SECTION XIII : LEGAL AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION Legal and disciplinary action will be initiated by AIIMS, New Delhi against persons who are found to be guilty of misconduct for reasons mentioned below (including but not limited to) A. Obtaining support for his/her candidature by the following means, namely: —offering illegal gratification to; or applying pressure on; or blackmailing, or threatening to blackmail any person connected with the conduct of the examination; or B. Impersonation; or Procuring impersonation by any person; or C. Any act or attempt to act or assistance in any act or attempt to act in any manner by any one including candidate from computer console/question paper etc; to transmit question outside or talking or looking into computer screen of other or moving question with fast speed without any intention to read question, or D. Submitting fabricated documents or documents which have been tampered with; or E. Providing false information regarding educational qualifications and/or experience (such as internship completion) for the sole purpose of appearing in the examination for practice or any other purposes; or F. Uploading irrelevant photos in the application form in place of actual photo/signature/left thumb impression; or G. Uploading morphed/digitally modified photos for the purpose impersonation; or H. Making statements which are incorrect or false or suppressing material information; or I. Resorting to the following means in connection with his candidature for the examination, namely: obtaining questions through improper means; finding out the particulars of the persons connected with secret work relating to the examination; influencing the personnel involved with conduct of examination. J. Being in possession of or using unfair means during the examination; K. Copying the questions, misbehaving in the examination hall including tearing of the scripts, provoking fellow examinees to boycott examination, creating a disorderly scene and the like; or L. Harassing or doing bodily harm to the staff deputed by Examination Section, Staff employed by Vendors for the purpose of conduct of examination. M. Being in possession of or using any mobile phone, (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches etc. or camera or Bluetooth devices or any other equipment or related COMMON RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION (CRE-2024) 21 accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination; or N. Violating any of the instructions issued to candidates along with their admission certificates permitting them to take the examination; or O. Changing seats/question paper/any devices and changing computer screen/Mouse/keyboard without proper permission. P. Disputing terms of advertisement after participation in the examination. Q. Attempting to commit or, as the case may be, abetting the commission of all or any of the acts specified in the foregoing clauses; may in addition to rendering himself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable: — i. And shall be disqualified by the AIIMS, New Delhi from this/or other Examinations for which he/she is a candidate; and/or ii. Shall be liable to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period: — a. By the Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi, from any examination or selection held by them; b. Any other penalty as per discretion of competent authority. iii. If he/she is already in service under Government to disciplinary action under the appropriate rules. Provided that no penalty under this section shall be imposed except after:— i) Giving the candidate an opportunity of making such representation in writing as he/she may wish to make in that behalf; and ii) Taking the representation, if any, submitted by the candidate within the period allowed to her/him into consideration. iii) However, depending upon the seriousness of the matter, AIIMS reserves the right to cancel candidature without issuing notice/assigning reasons for the use of Unfair means during and examination at the discretion of the Director, AIIMS, New Delhi, and no correspondence will be entertained. Any person who is found by the AIIMS, New Delhi to be guilty of colluding with a candidate (s) in committing or abetting the commission of any of the misdeeds listed at Clauses 21.
