Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Quizgecko, we understand that flexibility is important when it comes to digital purchases. Therefore, we offer a straightforward refund policy. Additionally, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time by signing in and visiting the billing page.
Mobile App Store Subscriptions:
If you signed up via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to manage your subscription through those platforms. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for subscriptions from mobile app stores. For assistance with these subscriptions, please contact Apple or Google support directly.
Eligibility for Refund: You can request a refund for any Quizgecko subscription purchase for any reason, provided that:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You generated less than 10 times (each time you press the generate button, this counts as a generation). 10 generations is generally around 50-100 questions, more than enough to test the quality, in addition to the time on the free plan.
- You have not used multiple accounts to sign up and abuse our free plan.
- You have not shared your account login with others.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team via our help center or via [email protected]. We will process your refund request promptly.
Refund Processing: Once your refund is approved, we will issue a full refund of your purchase. The refund will be credited through the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event that we're unable to process a refund through your initial payment method, we'll arrange an alternative method with you. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process.
Limitations: Due to the significant costs associated with running advanced AI models, we are unable to offer refunds beyond the 14-day period or once more than 10 quizzes have been generated. This policy helps us maintain the high level of service and quality that our users expect.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your Quizgecko subscription online at any time by signing in, then clicking "Billing" in the top right menu. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. However, please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically initiate a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds are not available for any Quizgecko purchases made outside of the official channels (e.g., third-party vendors).
Abuse of Refund Policy: We monitor refund requests to identify any patterns that may suggest abuse of our refund policy. Quizgecko reserves the right to refuse a refund request if abuse is suspected.
