उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस (यूपी पुलिस) भारत के उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्राथमिक क़ानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसी है।
इसे 1863 में संयुक्त प्रांत के पुलिस निरीक्षक जनरल के कार्यालय के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था।
यह पुलिस अधिनियम, 1861 के तहत स्थापित किया गया था।
इसे एक निर्देशक जनरल ऑफ पुलिस (डीजीपी) द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है।
यह भारत गणराज्य की सबसे पुरानी पुलिस विभागों में से एक है और दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी पुलिस बल है, जिसमें लगभग 68 जिला पुलिस विभाग (7 आयुक्तालयों को छोड़कर) हैं।
