- "End of life", sold out or discontinued Products may have shorter warranty periods, clearly marked at the time of purchase.
- Refurbished Products purchased from Razer.com have a 1-year warranty or the listed warranty period, whichever is lesser.
- Refurbished Products not purchased from Razer.com have a 90-day warranty period.
Third-Party Products
- Third-party products are covered by the product manufacturer's warranty, not by Razer's warranty.
- Razer does not offer a warranty for third-party products.
- For warranty support, contact the product manufacturer.
Razer Extended Warranty
- The Razer Extended Warranty extends the warranty period by 1 year, for a total of 2 years.
- The Razer Extended Warranty does not apply to batteries.
- It does not alter other terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty.
Special Cases
- Products purchased prior to October 1st, 2018 maintain their original warranty periods.
