  • There are different kinds of vitamins, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and K, as well as Vitamin B-complex.
  • Vitamin D can be prepared by our body in the presence of sunlight, but insufficient exposure to sunlight is causing Vitamin D deficiency in many people.
  • Some sources of Vitamin C include lemons, amla, and figs.
  • Some sources of Vitamin D include fish, liver, and eggs.

Minerals and Their Importance

  • Our body needs different minerals for proper growth and maintenance of good health.
  • Some sources of minerals include:
