Marker Lights
- Five lights located on the top of the tractor
- Must have proper color and be fully operational
- No signs of breakage or cracking
Windshield
- Should be clean and free of obstructions
- Must not be broken or cracked
Windshield Wipers
- Must be in good condition and operational
Hood
- Should be undamaged and securely locked
- In good overall condition
Grill
- Presence is mandatory, must be properly mounted
- Should be clean and in good condition, free from damage
Mirrors
- Must be clean, adjustable from inside, and securely mounted
- Should not be broken or cracked
Head Lights
- Clear and functioning properly
- Must remain undamaged and in good condition
Turn Signals
- Function as turn signals and emergency flashers
- Must be clear, amber or orange, and in good working order
Bumper
- Should be in good condition, securely attached to the frame
- No parts should be missing
Registration Plate
- Must be securely fastened to the bumper
- Should be clean, visible, and have a valid sticker
Leaks
- Check for puddles under the vehicle; two types: oil and fluid
- No leaks should be present from the engine, transmission, or fluids
Front Wheels
- Tires must not be recapped with no bubbles or cuts
- Proper air pressure should be maintained (80-100 PSI) with a tread depth of at least 4/32"
Rim
- Must not be bent or cracked, and should show no signs of welding repairs
Lug Nuts
- None should be missing and must be tight without shiny threads or rust trails
Outer Hub Oil Seal
- Should not be leaking, and no bolts should be missing
- Proper oil level is essential
Valve Stem
- Must be free of cuts, damages, and missing parts
Doors
- Door latch must be functional, and grab handles secure
- Windows should be clean, intact, and operational
Driver's Mirrors
- Must be clean, clear of obstruction, and securely mounted
- Should not be cracked or damaged
Steps

Fuel Tank

- Determine if gear or belt-driven
Compressor Belt
- Should have no more than ¾ inch play and must not be cracked or frayed
Power Steering Reservoir
- Must be properly mounted with attached hoses that are not leaking
- Check for proper fluid level and condition
Steering Gear Box
- Mounted securely, with no missing parts or leaks in lines and hoses
Steering Linkage
- Components must not be cracked, bent, or broken
- Castle nuts and cotter pins must be present and secure
Water Pump
- Should be securely mounted with attached hoses that are not leaking
- No missing bolts or parts should be present
Belts
- Maximum of ¾ inch play and must be free from cracks or fraying
Alternator
- Should be securely mounted with intact connections and no missing components
- Wires need to be in good condition and free from damage
Oil Level
- Must check with the dipstick to assess level and condition
Hoses and Wiring
- Should not be cracked, frayed, or leaking
- Must check belts for appropriate play (not exceeding ¾ inch)
