  • Thigh Massage: General stroking (foottip to proximal thigh), quadriceps, tensor fascia lata, external/internal hamstring muscles, adductors, knee area (removed if necessary)
  • Leg Massage: General stroking (distal foot to above knee), knee (removed if necessary), tibialis anterior, peroneus longus/brevis, gastrocnemius
  • Foot Massage: General stroking (distal foot to above malleoli at ankle), dorsal foot, medial aspect of foot

Back Massage

  • Upper Back Massage: General stroking, erector spinae (right and left), trapezius (left/right lower, middle, upper parts), general stroking
  • Lower Back Massage: General stroking (sacro-lumbar line to slightly above dorso-lumbar border), erector spinae (right and left), latissimus dorsi (right and left), gluteal muscle group (right and left), general stroking

Neck Massage

  • Neck Massage: General stroking, erector spinae (right and left), trapezius (left/right middle, upper parts), levator scapulae muscle (left/right), friction to nodules on trapezius muscle, general stroking
