- Arm Massage: General stroking (fingertip to shoulder), pectoralis major, deltoideus, biceps brachii, triceps brachii, elbow area (removed if necessary)
- Forearm Massage: General stroking (fingertip to above elbow), medial/lateral aspect of forearm, elbow area (removed if necessary)
- Hand Massage: General stroking (fingertip to proximal wrist), palmar/dorsal side of hand, fingers
Lower Extremity Massage
- Thigh Massage: General stroking (foottip to proximal thigh), quadriceps, tensor fascia lata, external/internal hamstring muscles, adductors, knee area (removed if necessary)
- Leg Massage: General stroking (distal foot to above knee), knee (removed if necessary), tibialis anterior, peroneus longus/brevis, gastrocnemius
- Foot Massage: General stroking (distal foot to above malleoli at ankle), dorsal foot, medial aspect of foot
