Plinth Certification

  • After completing work up to the plinth level, the construction must be certified by an Architect, Licensed Engineer, or Supervisor.
  • Appendix F of UDCPR has the prescribed format for plinth certification intimation.
  • The plinth level intimation has to be submitted to the Concerned Branch Office of Town Planning/Authority.
  • The concerned Authority should inspect 10% of plinth-certified cases.
  • After submitting plinth certification, the Project Proponent can continue construction work further.

Planning Consideration

  • ITP projects are permissible in any land-use zone of a sanctioned RP/DP.
  • In Development Plan areas, if the ITP is proposed in non-residential, non-commercial, non-U zones, premium must be paid.
