• Actual discipline is self-discipline, where one does the right thing because they know it is necessary regardless of supervision, reward, or punishment.
• Self-discipline includes self-control, a person with self-discipline will be in control of all his emotions as he will be the master of himself.
• Lack of self-discipline causes problems, like accidents, quarrels, fights, and ruined fun.
• People without self-discipline cause problems for others and themselves, and may suffer from diseases and lack success.
• Self-discipline comes from within, and restrictions help develop it.
• The motto should be "I do it because I know it is right and I must do what is right".
• Self-control leads to glory and happiness.

Discipline involves training to obey rules and self-control. We learn discipline from parents, schools, and society. Self-discipline is doing the right thing, not out of fear, but because you want to.
