- Harassment of any kind harms individuals, violates this Code and respective laws and regulations, and also harms Rovio and limits the business and creative atmosphere.
- All employees have a responsibility to influence the experience of safety at Rovio by following this Code, intervening to stop, and reporting any detected harassment.
- Rovio will investigate each harassment case and take necessary actions to solve the situation and ensure that the harassment does not continue.
- Harassment is any unwelcome conduct, comment, gesture, or physical contact that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment or interferes with an employee's work performance.
- If you have been harassed, inform the person how their behaviour makes you feel and report the harassment to your supervisor or function lead, HR, Chief Sustainability Officer, or Occupational Safety Manager.
- If someone reports a harassment incident to you (you are a Rovio supervisor), listen actively, show empathy, explain what Rovio will do, and always contact HR.
- Rovio employees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously and in accordance with this Code at work-related events.
