Rovio has a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and inappropriate behaviour. All employees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously. Rovio will investigate each harassment case and take necessary actions to ensure that the harassment does not continue. Harassment is any unwelcome conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. Examples include verbal abuse, offensive jokes or comments, unwanted physical contact, or persistent unwanted advances. If you have been harassed, report it to the employer and ask for help. If you witness harassment, intervene and report it. If someone reports a harassment incident to you, take action and contact HR. If someone tells you they have been harassed, encourage them to take action and respect confidentiality. If you are accused of harassment, stay calm, listen, explain, apologize, and discuss possible ways to resolve the situation. All Rovio employees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously at work-related events.
