      • Pulling the hand back towards the body, with the palm facing upwards
    • Leg movement:
      • Alternating flutter kick, with feet together and toes pointed
      • Knees slightly bent, with the legs relaxed and flexible

    Backstroke

    • Body position: horizontal with face up in the air
    • Arm movement:
      • Alternating arms, with palms facing upwards and thumbs entering the water first
      • Elbow high, with forearm and hand entering the water together
      • Pulling the hand back towards the body, with the palm facing downwards
    • Leg movement:
