Requesting a Survey and Cost Estimate for Existing/Non-Existing Establishments

  • Submit a SERVICE MEMO prepared by the District CWDO or IC3.
  • Include a checklist of requirements based on your request.
  • For planned subdivisions, an approved HLURB is required.
  • Survey fee of Php 5,000.00, excluding VAT, for the first three poles must be paid before the survey starts.
  • If more than three poles are recommended, an additional fee of Php 250.00, excluding VAT, per pole will be added to the total cost.
  • Approved cost estimates are valid only for the current year unless there are changes that require a new survey.
  • If an updated cost estimate within the same year is needed without a new survey, a service fee of Php 1,500.00 excluding VAT, needs to be paid.

Requesting a Survey and Cost Estimate for New Connections

  • Submit a SERVICE MEMO prepared by the District CWDO or IC3.
  • Include a checklist of requirements based on your request.

Transformer Recommendations

  • If the establishment owner refuses to install a mother meter, the occupant applying for the electric connection needs to execute a tripartite agreement. If no agreement is submitted, the CPD will automatically recommend a mother meter.
  • The CPD will evaluate the approved electrical plan based on the declared load to calculate the transformer requirement. The general recommendation for transformer loading is 80% of its total capacity.
  • Primary metering will be implemented for consumers with a total connected load of 190 Amps or above, calculated at 240v secondary (three or single-phase load).
  • Secondary metering will be implemented for consumers with a total connected load between 90 Amps and 190 Amps (three or single-phase load).
  • The CPD will forward the approved Transformer Recommendation to the implementation office, the TSD, for further action.
  • The TSD will inform the consumer of the request's progress.
