Laboratory Procedure
- Wipe the apparatus and put it on a clean area in the Biosafety Cabinet (BSC)
- Bring out clean apparatus to the tabletop
- Wipe the working pad with alcohol and dispose of it in a waste plastic bin
- Take out the waste plastic bag, lay it on a surface, and decontaminate it
- Wipe the outer part of the bin from the bottom to the top and then inside
- Decontaminate the surface and walls of the BSC inside and out
- Let the BSC purge for a few minutes (~10 minutes)
- Bring down the mirror and switch off the BSC
