Employees can request a leave of absence for childbirth, adoption, guardianship, or fostering. The leave can be enjoyed after maternity/adoption leave or after a period equivalent to those leaves has elapsed. The leave can be extended for multiple births, adoptions, or fostering events.

An employee caring for a premature child or a child hospitalized after birth is entitled to a two-hour leave with full pay or can reduce their workday by two hours with a proportional reduction in pay.

An employee with direct care for a child under twelve years old, an elderly person requiring special care, or a disabled person who does not work, is entitled to reduce their workday with a proportional reduction in pay.

An employee caring for a first-degree relative who cannot take care of themselves due to age, accident, or illness is entitled to reduce their workday with a proportional reduction in pay. This applies up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

An employee can request a 50% reduction in their working day with pay to care for a first-degree relative. This benefit applies up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
