General Work Schedule
- Annual Hours: The standard workweek comprises 1,519 hours annually.
- Regular Schedule: Usually the first five days of the week, with an average of 35 hours per week, flexible hours permitted.
- Fixed Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily, mandatory attendance, flexible options for work-life balance are available.
- Variable Schedule: Work hours can be between 7:30 AM—9:00 AM and 2:00 PM—3:30PM in the morning, and 3:30 PM—7:00 PM in the afternoon. A minimum 30-minute lunch break is required in the afternoon.
Special Duty Personnel Schedule

- Joint Guardianship: When more than one employee in a workplace needs a reduced workload, service-related limitations may apply.
- Shortened Workday: A 9:00 AM—2:00 PM, uninterrupted work day is possible, with a 50% pay reduction. Managers and high-level personnel are exempt.
- Time off for holidays, festivals: A one hour reduction is available for local holidays when the workplace falls within the city limits.
Vacations
