4-4-2 Formation
- In attack, one striker drops down to help the midfield, providing support to the other striker who stays up.
- Defenders move up to close the gap and provide support, creating a passing option.
- When opponents gain possession, the central midfielder and defenders work together to defend.
3-5-2 Formation
- Solid defense relies on three center-backs.
- Left and right wing-backs drop back to provide support and join in attack and defense.
- Wing-backs play more upfront with midfielders, but also drop down to defend.
- In defense, the team can drop into a back 5 or back 4 formation.
- The defensive midfielder communicates and makes instructions clear.

Field and Gameplay
- Field size varies, typically 64-67m wide x 100-105m long.
- The field can be divided into three parts: own third, middle, and final third.
- When in possession, defenders move up into the middle and press the opponents as a team.

- Direct free-kick: allows for a goal to be scored directly from the kick.
