During an emergency critical occurrence and the City is considered closed for regular business, Teamster employees required to work through the date the City re-opens to the public for normal operations, shall be paid two times their regular hourly rate of pay for each hour of their normally scheduled hours that they work and one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay for all hours outside their regularly scheduled work hours (i.e., regular overtime time pay) in accordance with Article 12 of the collective bargaining agreement between the Teamsters and the City.
