Identifying Contract Requirements
- Service contract requests can originate from the CEOES or be assigned by the CEO, following Work Management Playbook processes.
- The Service Contracts Manager (or COR) is responsible for determining contract requirements.
- Contract requirements are categorized:
- New contract creation
- Existing contract work/service
- Existing contract modification
- Existing contract complaint
- For new contracts, the Manager determines if it's recurring or non-recurring.
- For existing contracts, the COR monitors or initiates a modification (processes 3.0 and 3.3, respectively).
- Non-recurring requirements proceed to Process 1.2.
- Recurring requirements proceed to Process 1.3.
- Monitoring existing contracts proceeds to Process 3.0.
- Modifying existing contracts proceeds to Process 3.3.
