Study Notes

Class-D Operations

  • Class-D must be put into cell blocks and declared the end of the operation in #operations, mentioning all attending personnel.
  • During Large Paid/Auto riots, Base SD may be ordered to bind within the outer TSTA room, between the gates, requiring 15 online Class-D and regular formations.

Hostage Situations

  • Civil personnel are only considered hostages once they have declared it on radio.
  • Hostages must be announced in #operations, and responders must know the hostage's level and location before responding.
  • Specialized Response Unit (SRU) members follow a response hierarchy depending on the level of the hostage taken.
  • Sigma-9 have authority over hostage situations regardless of the level of the hostage in Zone-C or the surface.

Hostage Response Hierarchy

  • Level-0: 59 & SRU > SD > A1 > 87 > TO
  • Level-1: 59 > SRU > A1 > SD > B7 > TO
  • Level-4+: 53 & A1 > SRU > SD > B7 > TO

Hostage Negotiation

  • Contact at least one hostage through Discord to gain information about the situation.
  • Ask about the hostage's health, amount of hostage takers, and other relevant information.
  • Only one combative approaches the situation directly for negotiations.
  • Negotiators must ask the takers for their demands and fill them if appropriate.
  • Demands must be informed to other combatives in combative radio or VC.

Hostage Demands

  • Level-0: Any edible, non-anomalous food item.
  • Level-1: Previous demands, 5 minutes in OBV, non-terminable gum(s) from SCP-1200, 5 minutes of SCP-014 or SCP-1230 interaction, MD vials that do not give any advantage, CD Strike reset.
  • Level-4: Previous demands, 10 minutes of time on the surface.
  • 05 Council: Any demand.

Defensive Raids

  • SRU have authority over all Base SD and Military Police below Lieutenant during a raid.
  • SRU may not use the R870 or taser during a defensive raid.
  • Refer to the Raid Handbook for more information.

Affecteds

  • Beta-7 or Sigma-9 Operatives may request SRU help to terminate ACD or AHCD in Zone-C during standard site operations.
  • SRU may do this without permission if no MTF is on-site.

Server Room Hacks

  • If a Server Room attack is announced, available SRU rally outside the room and wait until a sufficient number of combatives have rallied before pushing the room.
  • Sweep the nearby area to catch any fleeing HCD.
  • Announce "SRV clear" on the combative radio and the amount of HCD terminated.

Formations

  • SRU members are granted the privilege of ignoring certain formations.
  • Test Subject Containment: Agent+ may position themselves anywhere within TSC once the front three TSC barrier formations are filled.
  • Zone-D: Any SRU may position themselves inside TSC Observation if there are 5 or more SD Junior inside of TSC.

TSC Lockdown Regulations

  • SRU Agent+ can lockdown TSC without permission under certain conditions, including Large Scale and Authorised riots, Protocol Red Fox, Raid Negotiations, and more.
  • Recruits need explicit permission from a Brigadier+.

Miscellaneous Regulations

  • SRU may freely wander the facility during a Red Fox only.
  • SRU may not interfere with re-containment in any shape or form.
  • SRU may only act as SRU if wearing any piece of SRU uniform.
  • SRU may remain in the Breach Shelter or the intersection directly outside of it during Red Spread.
  • SRU reserves the right to cuff any AFK spectators/participants of a test or check-up excluding the host, BDI, Ethics Committee, and any combative escorts.
  • Agent+ may access the surface if granted permission from a member of the Military Police or any Lieutenant.
