Important Reminders for Job Notes

  • If a fuse size isn't listed in electrical notes, add it to the end of the notes in Job Notes.
  • Calculate the fuse size using the number of inverters in Products (SF) and input this into the Fuse Size Calculator document.
  • Include an extra inverter if there are odd-numbered arrays (check by counting panels and inverters). 1 inverter = 2 panels.
  • If the utility company is Xcel Energy (MN), get the Xcel Case Number and Program Type from the permit approvals in SalesForce.

  • Site Information Box: Fill in necessary fields:
    • Utility Company: Copy from SalesForce.
    • MSP Rating: Copy or enter Main Breaker Amperage if blank.
    • Sub-Panel On Site: Check if work order says yes, otherwise uncheck.
  • Structural Equipment Box:
    • Roof Material: Copy the type from SalesForce.
    • Attachment Type: If asphalt shingles are the roof material, use "IronRidge - Halo Ultragrip". Otherwise, refer to Roof Types + Attachments.
    • Structural Racking Type: Default to "IronRidge XR10". Otherwise, refer to Roof Types + Attachments.
    • Roof Pitch, Number of Arrays, Beam Size, Beam Spacing: Extract from the Aurora Design documents or SalesForce.

Electrical Equipment Box

  • Module Make & Model: Use the default value from SalesForce (e.g. Longi Solar). Ensure the panel type matches the field in SalesForce and update in Right Angle if different. Confirm the count matches too.
