    Check-in Procedures

    Preflight Duties

    • Brief with CSA prior to boarding regarding load factor, coordination of boarding, and any special requirements (e.g., infants, customers with disabilities, LEOs).
    • Conduct a Standard Brief, covering Standard Brief items that are SOPs, including:

      • Compliance

      • Security Procedures
      • Crew Communication/CRM
      • Emergency Procedures
      • International Operations
      • Tarmac Delay Program
    • Assist with A/C tidying and security search (as necessary).
    • Stow crew luggage according to the designated areas for each aircraft type (A320, A321, A321NEO).
