  • The training program ensures employees performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, and inspection functions are capable of their tasks
  • The Director Learning and Training maintains electronic training records in SAP for all Repair Station personnel for a minimum of two years after their termination from Saudia Technic (ST)
  • The FAA has access to these if requested
  • Personnel who complete a training course receive written notification and a "Confirmation of course attendance and final grades" for their records
  • The FAA approved Training Program Manual is independent of the FAA RSQCM and is kept current and accessible to all repair station employees
