- Training for Repair Station personnel adheres to CFR 14 Part-145 sections 145.163, 145.209 (e), and AC 145-10, as outlined in the FAA approved Training Program Manual
- The training program ensures employees performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, and inspection functions are capable of their tasks
- The Director Learning and Training maintains electronic training records in SAP for all Repair Station personnel for a minimum of two years after their termination from Saudia Technic (ST)
- The FAA has access to these if requested
- Personnel who complete a training course receive written notification and a "Confirmation of course attendance and final grades" for their records
- The FAA approved Training Program Manual is independent of the FAA RSQCM and is kept current and accessible to all repair station employees
Revision Procedure of the FAA Training Program Manual (TPM)
- The TPM is an FAA approved manual that requires all revisions to be submitted to the FAA PMI and PAI for approval
- Revisions can be proposed by any applicable department head or the Director Safety and Quality Assurance, and reviewed by the Director Learning and Training
- Approved revisions are sent to the FAA PMI and PAI for approval

Customer’s Training Program for Maintenance and RII
- ST must comply with the training program for maintenance and RII provided by its customers

- Only appropriately licensed/authorized maintenance personnel can sign the approval for maintenance release
- Training courses must include knowledge and skills related to human performance, suspected unapproved parts, coordination with flight crew, regulations, standards, and procedures
- Training for employees handling dangerous goods (HAZMATs) must follow the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air
- Maintenance personnel must be evaluated for competence before working unsupervised and familiarized with customer maintenance manuals
- The training/qualification program is regularly reviewed and amended to stay current with regulatory/customer requirements, OEM recommendations, and industry best practices
- Qualification requirements for each maintenance personnel specialty and grade, including all RII persons, are included
