- Icon Aerospace, LLC will perform repair, overhaul, and alterations in accordance with current CFRs, manufacturer's data, and technical data approved for its ratings.
- The Repair Station Manual includes the Quality Control, Training, Forms, and Contracted Maintenance Program manuals.
- The manual will be maintained in paper format and assigned to all personnel for easy access, including the local Flight Standards District Office (FSDO).
- Revisions to the manual must be coordinated with the FSDO, recorded, and shaded until the next revision, with comments directed for proper disposition.
- Distribution to the FAA will be by mail, hand delivery, or electronic mail unless directed otherwise by the FSDO.
- The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for coordinating revisions with the FSDO and updating the list of effective pages.
- If the FAA finds any portion of the manual unacceptable, expedited manual change procedures must be initiated within 10 working days of notification.
