Structure of Supervision

- At least one session must be an individual meeting between the RBT and the supervisor, although small group meetings are permitted.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Substantial non-compliance with supervision requirements can lead to immediate termination of certification or recertification.
- Individuals whose certification is terminated are not allowed to reapply for six months.
Status of Unsupervised RBTs
- Unsupervised RBTs must have a Supervisor or an RBT Requirements Coordinator officially documented with the BACB.
