Push Dose Epinephrine Indications
- Indicated for patients with ROSC (Return of Spontaneous Circulation), Sepsis, and Shock who are hypotensive
- Should not be delayed for the administration of fluid boluses
- Should be given concurrently with fluid boluses
Push Dose Epinephrine Dosage
- Dose is 20 mcg every 2 minutes
- Purpose is to bridge the gap between moving the patient into the ambulance and initiating the Norepinephrine infusion
