Exams

• Assessment: Written exam (one or two steps) and optional oral exam
• Step 1: Online multiple-choice exam (30 questions)
  • 30 minutes duration
  • Correct answers: +1 point
  • Incorrect answers: -0.25 point
  • Blank answers: 0 point
  • Cannot go back to review or change answers
• Step 2: Optional oral exam (for marks of excellence)
• Project Presentation: Optional presentation (will positively influence final mark), details on Moodle and during course

First Optional Assignment

• Description: Submit 1-2 slide presentation (before next Monday)
• Topic: Most interesting hotel brands in Italy
  • Include: Revenue, Number of rooms, Specialization
  • Include: Key variables, relevant highlights, news and why case is interesting
  • Three case studies selected by instructor will be presented at beginning of Tuesday class.
