    • Orbital Cellulitis: Medical emergency, immediate transfer to hospital
    • Conjunctivitis: Usually viral and self-limiting
    • Dental issues (abscess): #1 Penicillin / Metronidazole
    • Tonsillitis / Pharyngitis: Usually viral and self-limiting, Penicillin (Clarithromycin if allergic)
    • Sinusitis: Usually self-limiting, Penicillin (Doxycycline) 2nd line but not given in kids
    • Oral Candidiasis: Miconazole gel / Nystatin
    • Otitis Media: Usually viral and self-limiting, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin 2nd line
    • COPD: #1 Amoxicillin #2 Doxycycline
    • Pneumonia: Assess CURB score (Confusion, RR, BP, 65 yrs), Curb score: 0: Treat at home Amoxicillin / Doxycycline, 1-2: Consider hospital referral, 3-4: Urgent hospital admission with Amoxicillin / Benzylpenicillin before transfer
