Inserting a New Slide
- To insert a new slide, click the Home tab on the Ribbon and then click the New Slide button in the Slides group.
- A new slide will be added to the presentation.
Deleting a Slide
- To delete a slide, select the slide on the Slides tab in the Outline pane and press the right-click button.
- Choose the delete option to remove the slide.
Selecting a Layout
- To select a layout, click the Home tab on the Ribbon and then click the Layout button in the Slides group.
- The Layout gallery will appear, and you can select the desired layout.
Inserting Text
- Click on "Click to add title" or "Click to add text" to insert text.
- Type in the text box to add text to the slide.

- To change font, select the text you wish to format.
- Click the Home tab on the Ribbon and click the Font list arrow in the Font group.
- Select a font type from the list.

- Bold: makes your text bold.

- Text Shadow: adds a shadow behind the selected text.
- Bullets: creates a bulleted list.
- Numbering: creates a numbered list.
- Aligns: aligns your content to the left margin, right margin, center, or justifies the text.
