- Search with employee ID in action search bar and go to People Profile
- Click Employment Information, then Job Information
- Check Grade Group to calculate entitlement
- Check the annual leave entitlement field is updated
- Prorating 7 days from hire date 22 Nov 2024 till 31 Dec 2024, entitlement will be 7*(40/366)=0.7650, rounding entitlements up
- Calculate the seniority date using 22 Nov 2024 as a sample. Per company policy grade AE is eligible for 21 days total entitlement.
- Since seniority until 1 year employees rate for 7 days of statutory entitlement where out of 21, and 14 days are company entitlement.
- Check details are correct since statutory entitlement is 1 for above dates and one would be 3-1=2.
- Check leave section time and validate information details
