    • Reporting Suspected Abuse/Neglect (Minors/Vulnerable Adults):

      • Adults: Mandated reports to Florida Statutes 415.1034 or 39.201 for suspected abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation, including death suspected as a result.
      • Vulnerable Adult Definition: A person 18 or older with impaired daily living activities, care, or protection due to mental, emotional, sensory, long-term physical, or developmental disability, dysfunction, brain damage, or infirmities of aging.
    • Suspected Physical Abuse:
