Article 3: Dues

Article 7: Board of Trustees

  • The State Advisor/designee, Oregon Association of HOSA Executive Director/designee, and at least half of the board members must consist of local chapter advisors.
  • The remaining membership must consist of individuals from the community at large.
  • The Board size is a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 individuals.
  • Local advisors serve for a three-year term, while community members serve a one-year term, renewable upon the Board's invitation.
  • One-third of the local advisor membership rotates off the board each year.
  • Replacements occur via new advisor recommendations, followed by Board evaluation/approval.

Article 8: Finances
