Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
- STIs are infections spread between people during sexual activity
- STIs can be contracted through unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex, or by sharing sex toys with someone who has an infection
Risks of Undiagnosed STIs
- Possible outcomes include Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
- Can cause infertility in both men and women
- Can cause miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy
