- Choose a Lost Reason from the drop-down or create a new one.
- Add optional notes in the Closing Note field.
- Click "Mark as Lost."
- A red Lost banner appears on the opportunity.

Retrieving Lost Opportunities:
- Open the CRM app's Pipeline dashboard.
- Clear default filters in the "Search..." bar.
- Open the "Filters" drop-down menu.
- Select "Lost" from the Filters section.

Filtering by Lost Reason:
- Open the "Filters" drop-down menu in the "Search..." bar.
- Click "Add Custom Filter".
- Find "Lost Reason" in the search bar or list.
- Select the comparison operator (=).
- Choose a Lost Reason from the drop-down menu.
- Click "Add".
- To view results for multiple reasons, use the "is in" operator.

- Open the CRM app's Pipeline dashboard or navigate to CRM ‣ Sales ‣ My Pipeline.
- Open the "Filters" drop-down and select "Lost".
- Click on the Kanban card of the desired opportunity to restore.
- Click "Restore" on the opportunity's detail form. Removing the red Lost banner.
- To restore multiple opportunities: Select the list view (≣ icon). Select checkboxes to restore. Click the "Actions" drop-down menu (⚙️). Select "Unarchive". Delete the "Lost" filter.
