Payment Definitions
- Payment Type: Chosen by the customer, allows charging of transactions using the MOVE-IZI account, available in two options: Post-payment and Pre-payment.
- Post-payment: Charging of transactions carried out during the billing cycle (weekly or monthly), after invoice issuance, using the active payment mean associated by the customer (Direct Debit, Credit Card, Fuel Card, or Cartes Bancaires).
- Pre-payment: Automatic charging of transactions through a provisioned current balance account, top-up can be manual or automatic when the balance falls below a set amount, using one of the following payment means: Credit Card, iDeal, Sofort, Cartes Bancaires, P24, or GiroPay.
Payment Details
- Payment Method: Selected by the customer, available options are card, fuel card, or Direct Debit.
- Payment Mean: Card or account associated by the customer, allowing charging of transactions or automatic/manual charging of the account.
Vehicle Classification
- Class of vehicle: Determines the amount to be paid for transactions, categorized into two classes:
- Light Vehicles: Vehicles weighing 3500 kg or less.
- Heavy Vehicles: Vehicles weighing more than 3500 kg.
Additional Definitions
- Minimum top-up (pre-payment): Determined by the number of vehicles, considering each vehicle's class.
- Contract end date: Optional field, date entered by the customer when associating a vehicle, after which the vehicle is removed from the customer's account.
- Password: Keyword defined by the customer during registration, allowing access to their reserved area, must comply with Password Policy criteria:
- Between 12 and 24 characters.
- Contains at least 1 digit (0-9).
- Contains at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z).
- Contains at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z).
- Contains one of the following characters: “!#$%&*”.
